Welcome to Elevate Beyond Beauty LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this website or enrolling in any of our classes, workshops, or programs (“Courses”), you agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Who Our Courses Are For
Our Courses are designed for:

Licensed beauty professionals -
Beauty students -
Unlicensed individuals who are allowed to participate under state regulations
It is your responsibility to follow your state’s rules for working with clients and models.
Certificates from Elevate Beyond Beauty show you completed training, but do not count toward state licensing hours and do not replace any license required in your state.
Enrollment, Deposits, and Payments

When you register on our website, you’ll receive an email confirming we got your reservation request. -
You are not fully enrolled until your deposit is paid.
Deposits
-
A program-specific deposit (for example, $450) is required after signup. -
You must pay your deposit within 48 hours of your confirmation email. -
If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, your spot may be released, and you’ll need to re-register (availability is not guaranteed).
Balances

The remaining balance is due 10 days before your Course starts. -
If you enroll within 10 days of the Course start date, the full amount is due at the time of registration. -
If you do not pay your balance on time, your enrollment and your deposit may be forfeited.
Payment methods

We accept credit cards and may offer installment/payment plan options. -
By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.
Cancellations, Reschedules, and Refunds
Student refunds
-
Deposits are non-refundable 14 days prior to the training date. -
Course payments (beyond the deposit) are non-refundable 10 days prior to the training date. -
Once the Course has started, all fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

You may transfer your deposit to another class one time only.

A second transfer request may incur a $200 fee, and the full balance (non-refundable) may be required to reschedule. -
We reserve the right to deny any transfer request after one has been submitted.
If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel or move your Course, you may choose: -
A refund of your deposit and/or full balance, or -
To transfer your payment to a future Course date.
Travel and other costs
-
We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs you incur (e.g., hotel, flights, transportation), even if a Course is rescheduled or canceled. -
Please confirm your enrollment before booking travel.
Model Deposits (If You Are a Model)

Models may be asked to pay a refundable deposit to reserve their spot. -
The deposit is refunded once the lash application is complete and all required photos/videos have been taken. -
The deposit is not refundable if: -
The student is unable to complete the application. -
The student cannot take the required photos/videos; or -
The model cancels less than 24 hours before the training or does not show up for the training.

Students: We understand that emergencies happen, but if your model needs to leave, we will have to bring you back* for hands-on training to issue your certificate. *Fees will apply
Course Materials and Intellectual Property
All class materials are the property of Elevate Beyond Beauty. This includes:

Manuals, handouts, presentations -
Photos, videos, and demos -
Digital materials, templates, and any course content
You may use these materials only for your personal education and professional growth. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute our materials to others without our written permission. Unauthorized use can result in legal action, including recovery of our legal fees and costs.
Training, Safety, and Student Behavior
Our Courses include hands-on practice with live models. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will follow all instructions given by your educator. -
You will work carefully and professionally on models and respect all safety and hygiene standards. -
There are inherent risks when working around the eyes, including irritation, allergic reactions, or injury.
We reserve the right to refuse training or remove a Student from a Course for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
Photo and Video Consent
During training, we may take photos or videos of:

Your model -
The results of your work
By participating, you give Elevate Beyond Beauty permission to use these photos and videos for marketing, education, and promotional purposes in any media, now or in the future. If you do not wish to be recorded, please email us before your Course so we can try to accommodate your request.
No Guarantees
We are committed to high-quality education, but we do not guarantee:

That you will master all techniques during one Course -
Any specific income, client results, or business outcome -
Admission into higher-level training (we may require proof of previous skills)
Some students may need additional practice, support, or training beyond our Courses to get the results they want.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits or income, related to your participation in our Courses or use of our website. -
Our total liability to you, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course in question.
You agree to defend and hold Elevate Beyond Beauty, and our owners, team members, and contractors, harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your participation in a Course -
Your use or misuse of what you learned -
Your violation of these Terms or someone else’s rights
Privacy
We respect your privacy.

We do not sell your personal information. -
We use your contact details to manage your enrollment, process payments, and send you Course information, updates, and occasional promotions related to Elevate Beyond Beauty. -
You can request to be removed from our marketing emails at any time.

Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
If we are unable to deliver a Course as planned due to events beyond our control (for example: severe weather, illness, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other emergencies), we will reschedule your training as soon as reasonably possible. Your enrollment will be moved to the new date.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. By continuing to use the website or attend our Courses after changes are posted, you agree to the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts in the county where Elevate Beyond Beauty is located.
