Hi, I’m Farideh Fahoul lash artist, instructor, mentor, and founder of Elevate Beyond Beauty.
My journey started in 2016 during esthetician school, where I discovered my passion for eyelash extensions. I knew right away that I wanted to master this craft and build a career around it.
Over the years, I noticed a major gap in lash education. Many students were leaving classes with information, but not enough confidence, hands-on practice, or support to feel truly prepared. I knew lash artists needed more than a certificate. They needed guidance, accountability, correction, and an educator who cared about their progress after class was over.
That is why I created Elevate Beyond Beauty to give aspiring and growing lash artists a more supportive way to learn. My courses are built around in-person training, mentorship-style teaching, real practice, and continued support so students can build skill with confidence.
Eyelash extensions are more than a service. They are an art form, and they deserve to be taught with patience, structure, and care.

Whether you are new to lash extensions, recently certified but still feeling unsure, or ready to advance your technique, our training is designed to help you feel supported every step of the way.
Our focus is hands-on education, in-person practice, mentorship, and ongoing support. Students learn lash technique, styling, retention, application methods, and the professional standards needed to work with real clients.
Online education is also included as a helpful learning tool, but the heart of this program is in-person guidance, practice, feedback, and mentorship.

Client experience included
