Cancellation Policy

Workshop Booking Policies Please review these policies before registering. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to them. Your enrollment is confirmed only after full payment and completed registration forms. Your seat is not reserved until payment is received. Payment options may include credit/debit card, Klarna, or Afterpay; provider fees and terms apply. Your registration price is locked once paid. Confirm that you meet all applicable state participation requirements. Workshop hours do not count toward professional licensure. You may transfer your enrollment once to a future available workshop date. Requests made at least 72 hours before the workshop have no fee; requests made less than 72 hours before incur a fee equal to 10% of tuition. A transfer does not reset refund eligibility; any later refund is based on the original workshop date. Submit cancellation or transfer requests in writing by email or text. Deadlines are based on when Elevate Beyond Beauty receives your request and are calculated in Eastern Time from the scheduled start time: • More than 14 days before: 100% refund • More than 7 and up to 14 days before: 80% refund • More than 48 hours and up to 7 days before: 60% refund • 48 hours or less before: No refund • No-show: No refund, credit, or transfer Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven business days. Processing fees may not be refundable. Klarna and Afterpay refunds are handled through the provider, and scheduled payments remain your responsibility until processing is complete. If EBB cancels or reschedules a workshop, you may choose a full tuition refund or transfer to a future date. Travel, lodging, and transportation costs are not covered, so confirm enrollment before booking travel. Students are responsible for securing their own live model. EBB does not provide on-site backup models. Out-of-state students may request model-sourcing assistance for an additional fee. Exact arrival times and required model blocks will be provided in your confirmation materials. Models must arrive on time and stay for the full block. Full attendance, punctuality, participation, professional conduct, and compliance with safety and sanitation procedures are required. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without a refund. A Certificate of Completion is issued only after all required theory, practice, and live model components are completed. It is not a professional license.
